Vehicle sign-in
Every driver claims the vehicle they are in. One driver at a time, with a full history.
Daily vehicle check
Mileage photo, oil, water, tyres, condition and cleanliness — signed off with photos.
Tool control
Tick every tool present or missing, and record who has it and where it went.
Stock against a job card
Stock leaving the vehicle needs a job card number and the site address it went to.
Movement reminders
When the vehicle starts moving, the driver is asked whether stock and checks are done.
Invite-only access
Only staff you invite can sign in. Admins see every vehicle and every movement.
